responsible sourcing as a business enabler

Responsible sourcing is integral to our business strategy and our ability to operate and grow in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. In 2025, we strengthened supply chain transparency, enhanced traceability capabilities, and expanded worker well-being initiatives to build a more resilient and responsible value chain. These efforts directly support key business priorities, including market access, revenue protection, and operational efficiency.
Our enhanced traceability capabilities alone safeguarded more than $1 billion in transported goods in 2025, reinforcing the role of responsible sourcing as a driver of enterprise value.
To further our commitment to transparency and accountability, our factory list is publicly available on our website.

building a trusted supply chain

Our responsible sourcing program begins with a comprehensive supplier onboarding process designed to ensure alignment with our Vendor Code of Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy. This structured life cycle approach enables us to identify risks early, build supplier capabilities, and maintain strong labor and operational standards across our value chain.

Once onboarded, suppliers participate in product planning, annual assessments, and targeted training. Where needed, corrective action plans are implemented to ensure continued compliance.

Following onboarding, suppliers are subject to ongoing monitoring, including annual compliance assessments and continuous engagement to maintain labor standards and support responsible growth.

protecting market access through traceability

Our enhanced traceability capabilities strengthen collaboration with supply chain partners and reduce the risk of forced labor in raw materials sourcing and production. We maintain ongoing monitoring of evolving global regulations and support suppliers in meeting increasingly stringent transparency requirements.
In addition to in-person training, we require an online traceability course for all suppliers. This digital training standardizes knowledge across our supply base and emphasizes:
  • Regulatory requirements and compliance expectations
  • Documentation protocols and verification procedures
  • Organizational structures needed for managing traceability
  • Best practices for supply chain mapping and validation

Mock audits to validate material tracing capabilities
6
Science-based testing to verify cotton country-of-origin
In 2025, we expanded cotton isotopic testing to provide scientific verification of material country-of-origin. Testing results demonstrated full compliance across evaluated materials, reinforcing the integrity of our supply chain controls.

driving accountability across the value chain

As consumer expectations and regulatory requirements evolve, comprehensive supply chain oversight is critical to mitigating risk and upholding responsible practices. In 2025, we expanded systematic monitoring of trim suppliers reflecting our commitment to transparency across all levels of our value chain.

We believe lasting positive change requires collaboration with organizations that share our commitment to worker well-being. In 2025, we expanded partnerships and launched initiatives designed to empower workers and strengthen communities across our supply chain.

WELL worker survey

In 2025, we funded the WELL (Wellbeing, Engagement, and Livelihood) survey across 16 factories in multiple countries. More than 63,000 workers participated, generating actionable insights to strengthen well-being, reduce risk, and support more resilient supply chain operations.
This initiative strengthens worker voice, enhances transparency, and enables proactive identification and remediation of workplace issues.

RISE: Reimagining Industry to Support Equality

Our partnership with RISE remains a cornerstone of our worker empowerment strategy. In 2025, we co-funded four RISE projects, which positively impacted more than 5,000 workers, including:
  • Two financial health programs in Indonesia
– Provided training on budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing, and long-term financial planning, helping reduce vulnerability to debt and economic hardship
  • Two respect programs in India
– Promoted communication, gender equity, and safe workplaces, supporting worker-manager engagement and empowering women to participate more fully in the workplace.

community partnerships

Planet Water Foundation

We sponsored a new AquaTower filtration system at an elementary school in Vietnam, providing clean water access to approximately 1,800 children and community members in Hung Yen Province.

WaterAid

Through our partnership in Cambodia, we supported efforts to expand access to safe, piped water systems, positively impacting approximately 4,000 people.
